    The Lady Texans and TORO hosted children from the Houston Texans YMCA for breakfast with Santa TORO in the West Club at NRG Stadium on Thursday, Dec. 22. The children enjoyed a delicious breakfast, played some activities, and were surprised with an early Christmas gift!

    On Tuesday, the Houston Texans rookie class, including NT D.J. Reader, TE Stephen Anderson, and WR Will Fuller V., hosted 14 children from the Houston Texans YMCA and Boys & Girls Club of Greater Houston for a shopping spree at Academy Sports + Outdoors. At the conclusion of the shopping spree, all 14 children were surprised with a free bike and helmet.

    The Houston Texans had a grand opening for the Teen Club in partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Houston on Tuesday. The new teen-specific facility will be the first Boys & Girls Teen Club in Houston and the first in the nation to be supported by an NFL team. To help cut the ribbon for the big opening were Cal and Hannah McNair, President Jamey Rootes, LB Jadeveon Clowney, S Andre Hal, C Greg Mancz, TORO, and Cheerleaders.

    On Monday, the Houston Texans hosted their 10th annual Taste of the Texans presented by Sysco, where local restaurants bring out their best food items for a great cause while mingling with Texan players. All proceeds of the event went to the Houston Food Bank and Houston Methodist.
