After what appears to have been a year-long hiatus from the microblogging service, the Texans starting running back made news late Saturday night, letting fans (and everyone else) know that he has been medically cleared by his doctor.

The timing of this revelation coincided with the news that Foster's former backup, Ben Tate, had signed a two-year deal with the Cleveland Browns. Tate, viewed by many in the media as the top running back available in free agency, inked a deal with Cleveland on Saturday. Foster congratulated his former teammate, and then proceeded to share his thoughts on a multitude of subjects.

While a healthy Foster is great news for Texans fans, it is also a reminder of the players that will be returning after an injury riddled 2013 campaign. While many have questioned the team's patience during free agency, there is the realization that the Texans will add quite a few players to the roster just through injury recovery.
