These clinics will highlight the importance of concussion awareness,  proper hydration, and nutrition.

    Special guests will include experts in related fields, Houston Texans Ambassadors, and Texans Cheerleaders!  Participants will hear from guest speakers and then take part in interactive football drills.

    As an organization, the Texans make it a priority to give back to the Houston community. This day provides an opportunity to invite Texans fans to volunteer with the team to make a positive change. These organizations work to improve the standard of living for the young people of Houston, which aligns with the Texans mission to be Champions for Youth.

    The Houston Texans are proud to partner with GE and Houston Methodist to launch the Play Safe Moms Clinic just for football moms on May 13th!

    This free clinic will provide moms with the latest safety information in concussion awareness, proper hydration and nutrition to prepare them for the upcoming football season.  These classroom-style instructions and interactive football drills will take place in the Houston Methodist Training Center.

Houston Texans Charity Golf Classic presented by BMW
The annual Houston Texans Charity Golf Classic provides guests with an exclusive opportunity to mingle with Texans players, coaches, cheerleaders, ambassadors and executives. Each sponsorship foursome is paired with a Texans celebrity and a round of golf at the beautiful River Oaks Country Club. The event is preceded by the Texans Insider Dinner presented by BMW where sponsors are able to enjoy dinner while hearing insider remarks from Texans players and coaches. Team Luncheon presented by Amegy Bank of Texas
This annual event provides sponsors and fans who donate to the Houston Texans Foundation with the premier experience of closely interacting with every Texans player, the coaching staff and chairman and CEO Bob McNair. In 2013, more than 680 guests kicked off the season with the entire Texans football team and a keynote speech from the head coach. Held at the Westin Galleria, the 2013 event raised a record amount for the Houston Texans Foundation. Matt Schaub was honored as the 3rd Annual Spirit of the Bull Award winner for his community work and charitable efforts off the field. Taste of the Texans presented by BP
More than 750 attendees from the 2013 Taste of the Texans presented by BP were treated to samples from some of Houston’s top chefs and restaurants while interacting with Texans players and their wives, Texans Ambassadors and Texans Cheerleaders. A record $330,000 was raised as proceeds benefitted the Houston Texans Foundation, the Houston Food Bank and Houston Methodist Hospital. Silent Auctions
In 2013, more than $285,000 was raised from silent auctions that were held at all home games, several team events and nflauction.nfl.com to benefit the Houston Texans Foundation. Auctions included Houston Texans autographed memorabilia as well as unique Texans experiences and trips. Some of our most coveted items included a trip to the Pro Bowl in Hawaii, the chance to stand on the 50 yard line as an Honorary Coin Toss Captain pre-game, and one-of-a-kind framed memorabilia. To bid on these items in our gameday auctions, visit us at our table behind Section 140 in the southwest corner of Reliant Stadium before the end of halftime


Running of the Bulls 5K presented by H-E-B

In 2013, the Running of the Bulls 5k Run/Walk raised more than $212,000 for the Houston Texans Foundation. 5,500 fans came out to participate in this event that started and ended at Reliant Stadium. The route included drink stops with local radio stations, cheerleader and TORO appearances, and the chance to finish the race in the endzone inside the stadium. The younger fans were also able to join in, as 500 children ran the sold-out 1k. Runners were treated to a post-race party on the stadium floor with food, a live band, and Texans Ambassador autographs.
